Is everything authentic?
Yes. Resale pieces are sourced from retail receipts and trusted consignors and checked by hand before they are listed. If an item we sold you is ever shown not to be genuine, you get a full refund including shipping.
How fast do you ship?
Most orders ship within 48 hours with tracking. Delivery takes 2–5 business days in the EU, 3–6 to the UK and 5–12 to the rest of the world. Shipping details.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on EU orders over €250. Under that, it's €8 within the EU and €12 to the UK.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unworn with tags. Email us first and we'll send instructions. Returns policy.
What does "SJM Original" mean?
SJM Originals are our own pieces, designed in-house and made in small batches. When they sell out, they're gone. Everything else is verified authentic resale.
What do the condition labels mean?
New with tags: never worn, original tags attached. Like new: worn once or twice, no visible wear. Excellent: light wear, no flaws. Good: visible wear described in the listing photos.
How do sizes fit?
Resale items follow the brand's own sizing; we list measurements in the product details when fit runs unusual. Not sure? Email us and we'll measure the exact piece.
Do you restock?
No. Drops are small batches and resale pieces are one-offs. Sign up for drop alerts to be first in line.
Which payment methods do you take?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you buy or consign pieces?
We work with trusted consignors. Email [email protected] with photos, brand, size and proof of purchase.
