01Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

02What we sell

SJM sells two kinds of products:

• SJM originals — clothing and accessories designed and sold under the SJM name.
• Verified resale — authentic pre-owned or new-with-tags items from third-party brands, sourced from retail purchases and trusted consignors and inspected by us before listing.

SJM is an independent reseller. Unless a listing says otherwise, SJM is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorized retailer of any third-party brand whose products appear in our resale listings. Brand names are used only to accurately describe the genuine item being sold, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to resale items.

03Authenticity guarantee

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, replica or unauthorized copies of any brand's products, and we remove any listing we learn is not genuine. If an item you bought from us is shown to be not authentic, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price including shipping once the item is returned.

04Product information & pricing

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can vary between screens and resale items may show signs of prior wear as described in the listing. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT for delivery within the EU. Shipping, and any import duties for orders outside the EU, are shown at checkout.

We may correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an order was placed at an incorrect price we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

05Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale abuse, limited stock or errors, and will refund any amount charged.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We never see or store your full card number. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Limited drops may have per-customer limits. Orders that use automated tools, multiple accounts or other methods to get around limits may be cancelled.

06Shipping, risk & title

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country.

07Returns & refunds

Returns are covered in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

08Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first — we will fix it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described may lead to the order being disputed with the evidence we hold and to future orders being refused.

09Accounts & drop alerts

If you sign up for drop alerts or an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; scrape, crawl or bot the Site or checkout; interfere with the Site's security or operation; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; or resell SJM originals in a way that misrepresents their origin.

11Intellectual property

The SJM name, logo, designs, graphics, photos, text and code on the Site belong to SJM or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

12Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SJM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SJM against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state in which SJM is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
