Orders ship within Europe, usually within 48 hours. Free shipping on EU orders over €250.
01Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During drops, processing can take up to 5 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

03Duties & taxes
Prices include VAT for orders delivered within the EU. Orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK) may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility. Refused packages are refunded minus shipping and any return charges.
04Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. If it's wrong, email us right away — once an order ships we can't change it. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
05Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. We'll open a claim with the carrier and help however we can.
